We are excited to welcome you to Kelly Weaver Photography for your Corporate Photoshoot! Below are a few key reminders & notes to review!
FOR EMPLOYERS: Please email us a list of Employee Names & Assigned Timeslots at least 3 days before your photoshoot. Each employee will have a 5 minute timeslot and we ask them to arrive 5 minutes before their timeslot.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your time slot. There is a comfortable waiting area outside the photography studio where you will wait until the photographer calls for you. Parking information is listed below. You should arrive “photo ready” which means hair, makeup and your outfit are good to step in front of the camera at your time slot! There are no outfit changes with your photoshoot so come dressed in your favorite outfit & see our quick tips below.
What’s important in creating successful images? The attitude you bring to the session!
Your attitude and how you feel about yourself will project into the images. Now is the time to think about bringing your best (most loving) self to the photo session (and start SPEAKING lovingly to yourself BEFORE the session). There will always be things we don’t love about ourselves, but please give thought to the things you DO love, as the pictures will act as a “mirror” to what your SELF talk is. Our photographer will occasionally show you the images as we go, if you see one you don’t like, rather than saying, “I hate that picture” provide constructive criticism like, “I like that side of my face, but I’m not sure my expression is as genuine as I’d like”. We will work together collaboratively toward creating photos that reflect the best you.
Re-Schedule/Cancellation/No-Show Policy
Since your appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, it is important that you keep your photo session date/time. All upfront retainer/session fees are non-refundable and specific to your photo date. If you are not feeling well, obviously please let us know and we will re-schedule.
