I made this collage of ME for all of you who are (also) terrified of being photographed. Okay, admittedly, I started with the “perfect pose” (pop a hip, hand on the waist, chin over the shoulder), but it just wasn’t working.
Here’s how that first photo session went and what I was saying in my head:
CLICK: OMG I look old
CLICK: my neck is weird
CLICK: I need more volume in my hair
CLICK: boy, my face has changed
So I stopped the negative self talk and thought I’d whip out who I really am. And, show my clients what I GO THROUGH when I’m about to be photographed. I can imagine many of you will go through similar emotions. But I promise you, I WILL get you to acceptance. You can expect a little 70’s rock, a few “dad jokes” and a light hearted exchange. At the end, you’ll see the best version of YOU. And that’s a WONDERFUL thing… And you are going to LOVE your photos.
