Ever since I started photography 11 years ago, I knew the day would come that I would “someday” photograph my own son for his senior pictures. The day finally arrived. I have to say I was certainly glad my “gorgeous” and amazing 18 year old assistant was with me, because I’ve never seen my son smile at ME like that. She really helped bring out his “real smile”…
Yes, we did the whole thing…from “wardrobe consultation” to all bazillion landscape “best of” spots I’ve discovered over the years of tromping through fields, behind dumpsters and into swampy streams. Colorado “real life” is the best backdrop anyone could ask for.
These senior pictures will follow my son all his life and I’m so glad I was the “mama” that got to capture it.
Blessings to you my dear son, Graham….now a SENIOR at Arapahoe High School. I’m so proud of you. I see all of us in you, but mostly I see you in us. We are blessed. Life is good.
