What to Expect During Your Headshot Photo Session

Have you been considering am image refresh? There are many reasons why you want to make sure that your image library stays up-to-date, including helping yourself standout out in your field. Let us take the guesswork out of what you can expect during your headshot photo session! We will walk you through step by step to answer any questions and make sure you have the experience you deserve.

Our process is a mix of PERSONAL and non-salesy steps. We don’t believe in pressuring anyone to make a decision as to which images to purchase and the same day as your photoshoot. Rather we give you a full week to look them over at your leisure. In fact, one of the biggest compliments we have received was that our PROCESS was so easy and fast!’

So how does the process work?

You put the process into motion when you call schedule a quick, 15 minute phone consult where we say hello and help you determine which of our packages is the right fit for you. I’ll give you open dates & times for your photoshoot and guide you to the correct online booking form so you can book online when you’re ready!

What do I do on photoshoot day?

Once you officially book your session, you will receive an email confirmation with tips on wardrobe, makeup, where to park and all the fun details! There is no need to worry or feel nervous! When you arrive on photo day, I will personally walk you through the session which is completely tailored to you and your needs.

When can I see my proofs?

Once your photoshoot is complete, your private ‘BEST OF’ proofs gallery will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days after your session, with the option of adding on rush delivery if needed!

What is an Image Reveal?

If you are one of our Personal Branding clients you will receive an Image Reveal directly after your session!

• We provide our proofs gallery SAME DAY for all of our Personal Branding Clients. We call it the IMAGE REVEAL. I personally cull the images in the time it takes you to finish changing, (15 min., seriously amazing) and then you see your gallery for the first time! I help you navigate the gallery, show you where to find the Favorites button, teach you how to share your link, and let you watch your images as a slideshow!

  

  
  

When can I expect my final images?

Once you receive the link to your Proofs Gallery, you have a full week to place your orders through an online questionnaire.

• Your personal ‘BEST OF’ proofs gallery  is how you will be able to view your image proofs and select which you want to order! Once you have chosen your proofs, we begin the final retouching of your files. Our delivery of your final images is quick and beats the competition big time! Normally, photography clients have to wait 1-2 weeks to even SEE their proofs, then another 1-2 weeks to get them back. But that is NOT the case here at Kelly Weaver Photography! Our system is fully automated and our expert ReTouchers are SUPER fast!

Once we receive your order, you can expect your digital, retouched files returned to you in a downloadable link within 3-5 days (1 day for rush clients). Any printed products will be ready to pickup within 2-3 weeks!
