Littleton Senior Pictures: Your Guide to Ordering Prints & Products
We believe in helping our clients every step of the way. And that includes the walk through order session.
When you book your session, it will be very clear the products that are included (so there is no “bait and switch”). We are completely transparent, so no surprises here! You will enjoy how easy and simple the entire process is with us. Many of our clients return to us with their siblings because of the easy, and simple process they experienced with their older Senior students.
Here are commonly asked questions we get regarding the senior order session and what to expect.
Where does the order session take place?
There’s no in-person SALES pressure here. We do our order sessions virtually, after you’ve had a while to look the images over.
What do I need to do to prepare?
After the photo session is complete, we will send you a private online gallery to peruse your best of proofs! There will be a lot of fun poses to look through at your own pace. You can simple “like” your favorite images to help you hone down your choices. Once your favorites are selected, you will simply fill out the pre-order session questionnaire that we send to you, so we can prepare for your online order session.
How long does the order session take?
If you fill out the questionnaire beforehand, the order session will only take 1 hour.
Will I get to see my images before the order session date?
Yes. We make the images available via an on-line private link, so you will have plenty of time to pick your favorites and share with family.
Can I place orders for family members?
Yes. You can share family orders with us during the session OR share the on-line gallery with them afterwards. Once the session is over, we connect the gallery to a shopping cart and family members can order directly from the site. There is a minimum $100/order for online orders.
How does the order session work?
- We start by reviewing your order form questionnaire. The questionnaire is just to confirm which photos you want for the included items in your package. You can always add more, but there’s no pressure to do so.
- We narrow down your yearbook choice. If you bring upload your school’s specs in the questionnaire, we will do the best we can to upload the yearbook image FOR YOU (to your school) at the order session.
- We fill the package you purchased and choose your CORE 4 included items (see photo directly below). You’ll receive a select few digital files for graduation announcements (feel free to print up to 4×6″ to share with family). You’ll also get a CUTE 3 image, framed trio, a selection of professionally printed prints, and a wall portrait!
- You can peruse other product options such as frames for your wall portrait.
What happens after the order session?
We turn on the “shopping cart” for your gallery for a period of time allowing you and your family to purchase up to 3 months. No worries, if you’ve forgotten something at the session, you can still order more.
How long does the order session take?
Approximately 1 hour. The time goes quickly especially if you prepare ahead of time by selecting your favorites ahead of time. We will make sure all of your questions are answered. You’ll see all of your included product MOCKUPS as well, and we’ll change/adjust to be sure they are perfect.
How long until I get my finishes senior photos?
We move FAST. It takes us about 3-4 weeks to get everything back, including FRAMED pieces and specialty products!
