Corporate Headshots & Team Photography in Denver

From five people to a hundred and five, we create consistent, professional headshots for Denver-area companies: on location, at corporate events, and through flexible composite group photography.

THE CHALLENGE

Corporate photography has to work around your business, not the other way around.

Whether you’re responsible for five people or an entire organization, corporate photography has to work around real schedules, real workplaces and teams that don’t stand still. We work with law firms, financial and professional services firms, healthcare practices, real estate companies and businesses throughout Denver, the Denver Tech Center, Greenwood Village, Centennial and the surrounding metro area.

We photograph at your office, company meeting or event, with an approach designed to minimize disruption to the workday and make the experience easy for everyone involved, including the people who would rather be anywhere but in front of a camera. And because teams change, we plan for what happens after the initial shoot, too.

01 | TEAM HEADSHOTS

ON LOCATION HEADSHOTS FOR TEAMS & COMPANIES

Professional headshots for teams of all sizes, photographed at your Denver-area office, company meeting or event. Our mobile studio brings professional lighting and backgrounds to you, and we coach your people on posing and expression rather than just “processing” them.

One team. One professional look.

Whether you’re updating five leadership headshots or photographing an entire company, we create a headshot style that fits your brand and carry it across your team. Lighting, background, crop and image specifications are established up front, so everyone gets a cohesive look, even when they aren’t photographed on the same day.

New hires shouldn't mean starting over.

Teams change. Your photography doesn’t have to. We keep your company’s headshot specifications on file so new employees and anyone who misses the original session can be photographed later at our Littleton studio and matched to your established look. If you need frequent update sessions, we can schedule them for additional team members of four or more.

02 | COMPOSITE GROUPS

YOUR WHOLE TEAM. WITHOUT GETTING EVERYONE IN THE SAME ROOM.

Composite group photography gives you the look of a traditional team portrait without getting everyone in the same room at the same time. Coordinating schedules shouldn’t stand between you and a great team photo. Each person is photographed individually, then carefully combined into a polished group image.

Built for teams that change.

New hire? Someone leaves? Your team photo doesn’t have to become obsolete. Composite group photography makes it possible to add, remove or update individuals while maintaining the overall look of the group.

The same individual portraits can also be used to create different team combinations by department, practice area or specialty.

For your team or your guests.

Update employee or leadership headshots during a company gathering, or offer professional headshots as part of the experience for conference attendees and guests. The setup can be tailored to your company’s established look or given a more distinctive style to fit the event.

03 | EVENT HEADSHOTS

EVERYONE will be there. LET’S MAKE THE MOST OF IT.

Company meetings, conferences and corporate events can be the perfect opportunity to update headshots while people are already together. We bring a professional headshot setup to your Denver-area event and create polished, professional images right on site.

FAQs

Your headshots are photographs of your actual people, not AI-generated versions of them. We may use modern editing tools for subtle background, clothing or finishing adjustments, but we don’t fabricate faces. The goal is a polished, professional image that remains recognizably representative of the person photographed.

We typically schedule about 10 minutes per person. That gives each employee time for posing and expression coaching and a little breathing room for the inevitable scheduling hiccup. For larger teams, we’ll help you plan a schedule that makes the most efficient use of the day.

For team headshots, generally, we need an unobstructed space of about 14 feet wide by 20 feet deep, with ceilings at least 8 feet high. That gives us room for the background, lighting and tethered computer setup.

If we photographed the originals, matching future headshots is straightforward because we have the original setup information. Matching photography created elsewhere or by someone else may also be possible, but we’ll need to evaluate the existing images first.
Yes. In addition to traditional corporate headshots, we can photograph executives and leadership in their workplace or another environment that helps tell the story of what they do. Because each setting requires its own composition and lighting, these sessions are planned and priced differently from a standard team headshot setup.

We photograph companies throughout the Denver metro area, including Denver, Greenwood Village, the Denver Tech Center (DTC), Centennial, Littleton and surrounding Front Range communities. For projects outside the metro area, contact us to discuss location and travel.

We record the lighting, background and other details from your original session so future headshots can maintain the same look. New hires or employees who missed the original session can be photographed during a future update at your location or, when practical, at our Littleton studio.
Once final images have been selected, retouched images are typically delivered within four business days.
Pricing depends on the number of people, location and type of photography you need. Smaller projects may be priced per person, while larger teams are generally more cost-effective as a half- or full-day project. Tell us what you’re planning and we’ll recommend the most practical approach.
Yes. While we photograph larger teams on location at offices, meetings and events, smaller teams may find it easier to come to our Littleton studio. We can help you determine which option makes the most sense based on the size of your team and what you need photographed.
