What’s included?
- One photo day with back to back timeslots: Your employees can come to us or we can come to you! Either way, the time commitment per employee is short as I am fast & efficient at my craft! Block off only 5-10 minutes per person when we ask you to provide a schedule of your staff timeslots.
- Locations: If your employees come to one of our locations, they will be treated professionally and walk away feeling engaged, valued & excited to see the final result! We offer a complementary studio fee if you select our solid color backdrop studio or outdoor Mainstreet images. A $299 studio fee will be applied to final balance if you select our natural window-lit studio OR if we come on site to your office. (See samples below!)
- Enhanced Retouching: We address the things that “bug” you or your employees and take the fear out of getting a photo taken! (Teeth whitening, wrinkle softening, removal of blemishes, dark spots and stray hairs around crown area, glass glare, chin/body slimming, clothing mishaps, hair root fill-in)
- File Delivery: You will receive a digital download of all headshots. Files are sized to a 4×6 and perfect quality for many different web uses. If you need specific sizes, crops, poses or backgrounds – please discuss this with us at the time of booking!
- Files per Person: Our first branding package gives you 1 digital headshot per person. Our second branding package gives you 2 digital headshots per person so you can add variety, personality, and relatability to your marketing materials! (See the difference between our two packages below!)

Our Process
Not only do we help create images that make SENSE for your branding, we show your staff several of the images AS we are photographing them! We believe that when employees see what WE are seeing, they are more engaged in helping to insure we capture who they are and get it right. Sometimes just a slight tweak of body posture or expression is all they need to see to capture the perfect image. The result? MUCH happier employees because we make sure we’ve “got it” or we stay until we do! The process also essentially ELIMINATES the need for re-takes.
After the initial back-to-back session – what do you do when new hires join the team and you need consistency? Simply fill out our booking form to provide the employee contact information & we handle the rest! It’s the easiest task you’ll do all day! You can either choose to batch new hires and wait until you have at least 5 to take advantage of the above pricing, or we CAN do individual (or less then 5) with slightly higher pricing. We keep your background the same, poses the same, deliverable specs the same all while keeping the same amazing quality & experience for your employee. I love this! What other options can I consider?
Add a graphics background
Want to add a little “Denver flavor” to your images? Allow us to place each of your images on a variety of blurred Denver Cityscapes. Your images will look VERY high end, and introduce a bit more of our beautiful city. Additional graphic files are $35/image.
Black & White files
Black and white images can help you attract a wider audience and can set you apart as a more creative, approachable company and attract a more “out of the box” prospect. Additional Black & White files are $20/image.
Group Composites
A much BETTER option than a large “group shot.” Why? Because your team is going to change frequently and when it times, you have to re-shoot the entire group again which can be costly and frustrating. Our suggestion is to photograph your employees separately and place them in composites based on smaller departmental groupings. Then, when you add someone, we just photograph them and put them IN to the composite and when someone leaves, we simply take them OUT. We can also add text such as: name, position or a favorite quote or saying to give your prospects an idea of their personality. Each composite is $249.
