Kelly Weaver Photography is dedicated (and excited about!) helping women achieve their potential. We work to get working women the stunning branding photos they need for their marketing – while helping them feel comfy in front of the camera to uncover their true selves.
That’s why we’ve developed our Ambassador Program! You get professional branding photos and headshots that will remain current all year, while giving Kelly Weaver Photography some social media love in return.
We are accepting applications for this program, but we only choose a few ambassadors per year. Our most important prerequisite is that you stand out above the crowd!

Who Exactly Is Our Target Market?
Kelly Weaver Photography wants to give a boost to all women, and that starts with getting noticed in your professional space. These are the groups we are most excited to work with, and these are who we’re looking at helping:
- Professional women who are ON THE RISE within their company
- Women who OWN their own businesses – while boldly and actively market themselves online
- Women JUST STARTING a brand new business who also have an active online presence
- Women LOOKING FOR CHANGE in their careers and need to get noticed
- Women whose businesses actively market to WOMEN entrepreneurs
What Kelly Weaver Photography Gives YOU
- You’ll get THREE sessions per year (12-month period from when you begin). This is a full session, which usually has a retail value of $1,995 per session. Ambassadors get three of those per year at no cost!
- Following the session, ambassadors will receive the “Best Of” images from the session – which is a minimum of at least 10 images. Light retouching or enhanced retouching may be done for a discounted rate.
- Ambassadors can also combine two of their three sessions into one date on the calendar, if that’s more convenient!
- These sessions will NOT include makeup. If you wish to have a makeup artist included in a shoot, the cost is $135.
What You Deliver for Kelly Weaver Photography
- Ambassadors must attend their three sessions within 12 months of starting the program.
- Monthly posts on Facebook and Instagram, as well as any business page or other group page, as applicable. These posts can contain anything from your selected images from the photoshoot, or behind the scenes videos from the shoots themselves. This can also simply be videos of you talking about the experience with Kelly Weaver Photography!
- The monthly posts should be composed of three separate posts over the course of one or two days. These posts should be a combination of your personal videos with Kelly Weaver’s photos. At the beginning of the month, Kelly Weaver Photography will provide suggestions to help assist with your post ideas – and you won’t have to come up with the writing on your own!
What Should Ambassador Posts Include?
Kelly Weaver Photography wants its ambassadors to immerse their followers in the experience of working with us. Combining your videos with our images will deliver a compelling look behind the curtain into how the ambassador got their great images!
Don’t be afraid to share everything! From heading to the studio, to showing the steps you took during the photoshoot, to talking about your outfits, to talking about what set this experience apart from previous experiences – all of it is fair game!
